About Shipping: We offer Standard Service (2-7 days), 3-Day Service, 2-Day Service and Next Day Service. All transit times are during business days (Monday-Friday). We ship most orders by Priority Mail, UPS, & FedEx.
Mail Orders:We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks for all orders shipped within the 50 States and Electronic Funds Transfer for international orders. Kansas & Nebraska residents are subject to sales tax.
Vaccine Orders: Vaccines are shipped Monday through Wednesday via Second Day Air, or Monday through Thursday via Next Day Air. All vaccines are shipped with ice packs in coolers, to arrive safely, even in hot weather. Upon receipt, refrigerate the vaccines until use. *A cooler charge will be added to all orders with perishables. *Perishables are not included in the flat-rate shipping table. Please call for quote.
Prescription Items: Federal Law requires that all prescription orders be accompanied by an ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION from your veterinarian which shows the quantity of drug ordered, refills, the vet's address, phone number and state license number. *Prescriptions are Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable.
Returns-Damaged Merchandise: Merchandise apparently damaged during shipment should be refused or reported to the carrier.
Returns will be honored only if reported within two working days after receipt. All returns must be pre-approved. Special orders are non-refundable.
*Returns must have an RMA number. Returns may be subject to 25% restocking fee. Prescription items are Non-Refundable.

Pet Food Orders: We can deliver to each stop in our delivery area once every 5 weeks. There is a nominal delivery fee, unless 10 bags or more are ordered. Kennel supplies and meds can be added and delivered with pet food for no additional charge. A $1.00 handling fee will be added to each pet food order.
